Ingredients:
– 8 oz. of noodles
– 1 lb. of chicken breast, boneless and skinless
– 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
– 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp. of ginger, minced
– 1/4 cup of soy sauce
– 1/4 cup of oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp. of brown sugar
– 1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the vegetable oil.
4. Add the chicken to the wok and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
5. In the same wok, add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
